This February Milagro’s zócalo will light up the Central Eastside as part of the Portland Winter Light Festival. Join us on the evening of Saturday, February 3rd for a concert with Eliborio Limon and his Raíces de Oregón students, and help us “light up the night”!

Raíces de Oregón is a folklórico dance academy that preserves and carries forward the Mexican heritage through folklórico dancing and classes. Raices de Oregón thrills and delights with each performance with its beautiful and unifying energy. Since 2019, the Director, Eliborio Limón, has been able to put forth his experience to help keep many youth and families stay culturally connected through the arts.
The Portland Winter Light Festival is a nonprofit event produced by the Willamette Light Brigade. With a decentralized footprint spanning two weekends, 2023 was the 8th year of this annual Festival and featured light-based art installations and pop-up performances throughout Portland.
