Free Danzón classes return to Milagro!
Come and enjoy Danzón, a popular Mexican style of dance! Born in Cuba, in 1878, this dance is a mix of French minuette, English and Cuban dances. It arrived in Mexico around 1913. Since then, Mexicans have danced the Danzón every week in the plazas all over the country. It is an elegant kind of ballroom dance that still survives and flourishes after 134 years.
